Harnessing Generative AI: Transforming Product Management for Healthcare/ Telemedicine - Scheduling

 Introduction 

HealthConnect’s new scheduling platform is set to transform healthcare access in South India by integrating app-based, SMS, and telemedicine services. 

I have tried to explores how Generative AI (GenAI) can streamline and enhance the product management workflow, focusing on user segmentation, feedback optimization, and data privacy compliance. 

Workflow Overview Creating the HealthConnect platform involves multiple steps: 

  • Research and analysis, 
  • Feature development, 
  • Integration, 
  • Testing, and 
  • Rollout. 

Traditional approaches face challenges such as complex user needs, integration difficulties, and regulatory compliance. 

GenAI offers solutions to these challenges by automating and optimizing key processes.

 1. User Segmentation and Personalization : GenAI can analyze user data to identify segments and generate personalized features, improving targeting and engagement.
