Which kind of company would you work for Lifestyle or company creating value for all
I am not sure what kind of choices do we have in the present economic scenario, but this question keeps coming back to me. What kind of company should one opt to work for? Lifestyle company or a company which stands for creating value for all stakeholders. I shall try to explain a bit more about the two types of the companies. Lifestyle Company - A company that is in existence because of may be 1-2 people or a group of small people and can't scale to generate revenue or employment beyond a certain point. They have a limited market and customers. It's good for the promoters and meets their expenses. Company that creates Value - This may be a company started by a bunch of people, but it has the potential to scale and can generate high revenues ( has almost unlimited scope of scaling) and employment. Each and every person associated, including the society and country, stands to gain from this company. Modern India has seen many such companies started 2 decades ago and have the nam
