Naresh Agarwal ( PARTY HOPPER) - Who is to be blamed/credited for his utterances

Brief history of Naresh Agarwals Political journey - Age 63 yrs only

1. Seven time Legislator
2. He has "mixed" ideology - been in congress, Samajwadi Party, Bahujan Samajwadi Party, BJP.
3. Is happy praising the party he wants to join.
Mayawati -
Former minister in the Mulayam Singh Yadav government Naresh Agarwal, who quit the Samajwadi Party May 24, joined the Bahujan Samaj Party Wednesday and has been named the party's national general secretary. http://www.india-forums.com/news/politics/97963-seven-time-legislator-agarwal-joins-bsp.htm
"Speaking on the occasion, Agarwal called Mayawati 'prime minister material' and said throughout his 25-year career he had not seen a leader who delivered on promises. 'She is the only one who did,' he said.
He said he would put her on the top if a list of 10 women of substance in the country had to be drawn. He said Mayawati proved everyone wrong by her party's performance in the 2007 elections."
Opportunity with Jagdambika Pal
"On 21 February 1998, his government was dismissed and Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Romesh Bhandari invited Jagdambika Pal to form the new government when the same Naresh Agrawal withdrew support to Kalyan Singh's government and became deputy chief minister in Jagdambika's short-lived government.[10] " http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalyan_Singh

Even google has lost count of how many times Mr. Naresh Agarwal has changed parties.
Happy Birthday - For Samajwadi Party's Rajya Sabha MP, Naresh Agarwal, his birthday on October 1 is coming at a most opportune time. He is throwing a grand birthday bash and with both SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav scheduled to attend it, Agarwal will display his clout by holding a massive rally to kickstart the party's Lok Sabha election campaign. http://archive.indianexpress.com/news/partyhopper-naresh-plans-grand-b-day-bash-to-show-his-samajwadi-clout/1002964/

Few things to ponder upon -
1. Why do media go to him asking him his opinion on any issues? Does it not amount to trying to garner TRP?
2. First media gets "interesting bites" and then dedicate a full program on primetime to discuss and challenge other political parties act on his views.
3. Agarwal ji gets too excited when no news channel comes to him for some time and he even makes statement about other politicians to stay in news.
Just think about it.................
This reminds me of hindi movie dialogue "Partap ka par kat do..tap me jalkar apne aap mar jayega"
Media should boycott him and he is will be nothing. Ofcourse political parties are not going to do anything about it other than passing/responding to his jibes because they have not made any law which addresses any sense less politician.
