Govt and individual can earn money..if govt supports the idea

An idea for Revenue generation with Public Private( Public) partnership.

The fine for talking on phone while driving is 1000.

The idea is that individuals can record and upload the clip on traffic police site or MMS the clip to traffic police. The individual should be challaned and a small commission should be paid to the person who reported the incident.

    Delhi people are already doing this without any revenue.Delhi Traffic Police has a page on Facebook where people upload pics of defaulters.Dont know whether Delhi Police really send them challans or not...

Hi All We now will be witnessing one more General Election. Surprisingly enough the two Major national Alliances NDA and UPA (with Major stakeholders being Congress and BJP) are not releasing their Manisfesto. The reason seems to be very simple- they are not sure what would be the equation post election. The alliance partners, based on the seats they won will dictate terms in the coalition or will try to merge with alliance giving them more......you know what every one wants- more ministries.
