An idea for Revenue generation with Public Private( Public) partnership. The fine for talking on phone while driving is 1000. The idea is that individuals can record and upload the clip on traffic police site or MMS the clip to traffic police. The individual should be challaned and a small commission should be paid to the person who reported the incident. What Say?
